Our History
Precision Cast and Forge (PCF) is a division of H.G. Carroll & Associates, Ltd., and was founded in 1998 by career foundryman Howard G. Carroll. The business continues a family legacy that began 110 years ago with John J. Carroll co-founding and leading the G&C Foundry Company in Sandusky, Ohio in 1916. The business is now led by fifth-generation foundryman Andrew G. Carroll.
With over 100 years of combined experience, PCF works with manufacturing operations across the U.S. and abroad, providing high-quality, cost-effective castings, forgings, and machined components.

We intend to do this through a diligent commitment to lean manufacturing, preventive maintenance, capital reinvestment, and most importantly, a strong focus on company culture and investment in our employees.
